As we are acquiring properties to hold for the long term, we are able to undertake both redevelopment and refurbishment opportunities to add value to hold within our portfolio, alongside actively managing what we already own. We are also committed to expanding on the portfolio by sourcing the next acquisition which suits our criteria.
